This policy explains what personal data Miaogic VPS collects when you use vps.miaogic.date and our VPS services, and how we use and protect it.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), and the billing address you provide.
• Order and billing data: the services you buy, invoices, and payment status.
• Payment data: card details are collected and processed by Stripe. We receive only limited information from Stripe, such as the card brand, last four digits and expiry date, and never your full card number.
• Technical data: IP addresses, browser user agent and login times, used for security and fraud prevention.
• Support data: the content of tickets and emails you send us.

2. How We Use It

• To provide, bill and renew the services you order.
• To send service emails such as invoices, renewal reminders and delivery details.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and violations of our Terms of Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the service, under their own privacy and security obligations:

• Stripe, for payment processing;
• our hosting and email delivery providers;
• authorities, where we are legally required to disclose it.

4. Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as required by accounting and legal obligations. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes. Data stored on a VPS is deleted when the service is terminated.

5. Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are stored as hashes, and payment card data is handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider.

6. Your Rights

You can view and update your account details in the client area at any time. You may also request a copy of your data or the deletion of your account by opening a ticket; we may retain records we are legally required to keep.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies required for login sessions and security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
