Terms of Service

By placing an order you agree to the following terms.

1. Service

We provide virtual private server (VPS) hosting. Servers are provisioned manually after payment is confirmed, normally within 24 hours; access details are shown in the client area.

2. Billing & Renewal

• Services are prepaid per the selected billing cycle at the price shown at checkout.
• Renewal invoices are issued before the due date. Unpaid services are suspended at expiry and terminated, with all data deleted, 7 days after suspension.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

3. Refund Policy

• First-time purchases by new customers may be refunded in full on request via ticket within 3 days of payment.
• Renewals, orders older than 3 days, and services suspended or terminated for violating these terms are non-refundable.
• Accounts that open a chargeback without first contacting us will be suspended immediately.

4. Cancellation

• You can cancel a service at any time from the client area (Services → Cancel), either immediately or at the end of the current billing period.
• If you have a saved card with automatic renewal, cancelling the service stops all future charges. You can also remove saved cards under Account → Payment Methods.
• Cancelled services are not refunded for the unused part of the billing period, except as described in the Refund Policy above.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

The following are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension without refund:

• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Port scanning, brute-force attacks, DDoS or any other attacks
• Phishing, malware distribution or botnet command-and-control
• Content that infringes copyright or other legal rights
• Any content or activity illegal in the server's jurisdiction
• Cryptocurrency mining or sustained full use of shared CPU

6. Data & Backups

Unless purchased separately, we do not back up your server. You are responsible for your own backups; we are not liable for data loss due to hardware failure or termination.

7. Availability & Liability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Extended outages may be compensated with service time credit on request. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the current billing period.

8. Legal & Export Restrictions

We do not provide services to persons or entities subject to sanctions, or located in comprehensively sanctioned countries and regions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions). You must comply with all export control and sanctions laws that apply to your use of the service.

9. Promotions

Coupons and promotional prices apply only to the order and billing period stated in the promotion, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, and have no cash value. Renewals are charged at the regular price unless the promotion explicitly covers renewals.

10. Payment Security

All pages are served over HTTPS. Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider; card numbers are entered on Stripe's secure fields and never reach or are stored on our servers.
